Please note! In order for your gift certificate to be activated prior to using, you *MUST* email the code provided to you at purchase, as well as tell us the amount purchased to Bloomingcreek@outlook.com! If you do not get an acknowledgement and confirmation from us that your Gift Certificate is activated, it will not work. This is different than the confirmation of purchase you receive when you purchase the Gift Certificate! 

We've loaded a preview of the varieties we grew in 2025, and hope to be able to offer for purchase in Spring! This list will change as we divide more varieties (we're not finished lifting yet!) and will change again in Spring, ahead of the Spring sale, once we know what is viable after Winter storage! 

 Tuber sales for Spring 2026 will open March 1st.
